How can I clean the bracelet or something?
Cleaning & Caring Instructions for Your Bracelet
Gemstone Bracelets:
- Clean the bracelet using warm water only. Do not use detergent.
- If beads have discoloration or surface build-up, wipe them with a soft cloth prior to rinsing with warm water.
- Gently scrub beads with a soft cloth, then pat dry carefully.
- Finally, polish metal-plated beads with a clean soft cloth.
Wood & Bodhi Seed Beads:
- Only wash wooden beads when required. Hand-wash using warm water; a tiny amount of mild dish soap may be used if needed. Pat dry and hang to air dry.
- Bodhi seed beads can be re-oiled. Add essential oil for fragrance if desired. Rub a small quantity of organic walnut oil, beeswax or mineral oil in your palms (essential oil optional), then massage thoroughly into wood and seed beads.
- Those residing in dry climates may repeat this treatment every few months to preserve beads; once annually is generally enough for other regions. Natural beads will gradually darken over time. This is a natural aging process and completely normal.
